Respected sir,

I have visited music-mad.com website & ordered online for Sony Bluetooth Headset & Ear Buds. But I have received defective & wrong product on 20th July 2021 through Ekart / SMPC0000060543.

The number provided  in website is not reachable & there no option to return the material also. I request justice for this. I need my money refund. Please sir do some necessary action.
