This company is taking advantage on someone’s emergency needs. They are sending money without asking permission if you agree to continue with their loan. I contacted customer service right away but I can’t continue to converse with their live agent ’cause their bot suggested answers that loans cannot be cancelled once sent. It’s really frustrating. Hopefully that this company will stop taking advantage on people.
