Sub: – Complaint against JIO fiber of harassment and cheating through their area in charge.
Respected Sir,
It is submitted that I booked a Jio Air Fiber connection of speed 100 mbps by paying Rs 3182.46 to Jio vide UPI transaction No 431451450404 dated 09/11/2024 against order no N000012SMHKV.
Installation team of jio air fiber came to my house for installation but could not installed the connection due to very less speed around 30 mbps speed than my booked plan which was 100 mbps.
I contacted the person who booked my connection Mr. Ajay mobile no 7888738439, but he told me to contact Area In charge Mr. Preeteesh mobile No 7986997584. I contacted Mr. Preeteesh on 11/11/2024 and asked him to refund my booking amount Rs 3182.46 and he assured me to cancel the connection and forward the case for refund.
The most amazing thing happened on 13/11/2024 when I received the E-bill of jio on my mail id of my jio connection which was never installed. I sent the bill to Preeteesh the area in charge and asked him to do something.
I requested Jio customer care also vide complaint No SR000024R108 and surprised to see that they sent me a message that your complaint has been addressed and claimed that their technical team resolved my issue at their end and asked me to restart router and try connecting the connection which is not been installed.
Sir, I am a senior citizen and retired class 1 gazetted officer of PSPCL Punjab and being harassed by JIO from the last 13 days. You are requested to take action action against the defaulters.
