I had logged an refund initiation with Act fiber net on 24 November on December 14 approx I received an refund of around 1900 approx remaining 999/- which they need to refund still now they did not refunded even after collecting back the router when ever I am dropping the mail to nodal officer I am getting same reply saying that your refund is in process please bear with us.
