I have booked an battery of Dell Inspiron N5050 on 20-11-2020 i received it defective and not working on 28-11-2020 i had requested for return but the delivery person didnt come to me nor called me and said that my house is locked when I was there at home only waiting for him i called Amazon customer service they said my door was locked i raised a complaint against it then they said they will reschedule the pickup date but till to date its 1 month and 5 days no one came to pick the battery nor my money has been backed i have called the customer service 7 times and i have all the recording of them.. i am uploading the receipt of the product please help me out
