SELLOSHIP COURIER DELIVERED EMPTY BOX, ORDERED SHOES FROM A SUPPLIER AND AN EMPTY BOX WAS DELIVERED.
PROVIDED THEM WITH THE PACKING VIDEO AND PICS TAKEN AFTER OPENING THE PACKING. MY COMPLAINT WAS REJECTED STATING THAT THERE WAS NO OPENING VIDEO.
I REQUESTED THE SHARE THE WEIGHT OF THE PACKING WHEN PICKED UP AND DELIVERED BUT THEY DID NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION.
