When I purchased timezone 899rs voucher this was given as heading that 10 tickets games will be loaded in card which means I can earn lot of tickets but when I purchased it
NOW in description it is showing that only 200 tickets will be preloaded and no other tickets can be earned by playing games.
*This is surely an illusion for customer also its misguiding where heading and desciption meaning is contradictory*
I dnt wish to avail this deal and want credits for the same amount in nearbuy account.
but they are not ready to dismiss the voucher & I still have not redeemed it.
I am still extremely disappointed with the customer service, your unsatisfactory responses and the disrespect I faced when I showed the voucher at the counter.
They kept me waiting for 1.5 hours as I was a voucher person and they were entertaining people coming up with cash on the spot.
You must thoroughly investigate beforehand how they treat nearbuy voucher customers then sell these vouchers. There was no sitting arrangement and they kept me standing for more than 1.5 hours.
I have read its noncancellable but nowhere it is written that even if treated with disrespect, I have to bear the expenses.
I need the full credit amount in my nearbuy wallet at least ASAP.
I highly condemn this behaviour and don’t wish to go to TimeZone again.
