I purchased a mobile charger from M/s Tamil Mobiles, Near church, Narasipuram road, Thondamuthur, Coimbatore- 641 109 on 11.11.2022.
During the purchase, found that the manufacturing date is Oct’2020 / MRP Rs.449/- / Manufactured in India / Warranty – 400 days on the packing (yellow colour box).
The shop owner informed me that the warranty starts from the purchase date and not from the manufacturing date and written the date of purchase on the packing and told me to bring the package if any complaints faced with the product.
And not issued any bill even after my demand.
Today (11.02.23), in the aftetnoon time, i approached the shop as there is some manufacturing problem (the parts separated while taking from the electric plug point and i was supposed to die by the electric shock) with the product and asked for the replacement and the bill.
But, they refused and I got angry and broken the product at his shop and left the shop.
It is clear that they are selling expired products at the MRP without bills.
Please be careful while do purchase from this shop.
It is advisable not to purchase any product from this TAMIL MOBILES, THONDAMUTHUR, COIMBATORE- 641 109 as i escaped from my death because of their expired product.
