- I have ordered for POCO phone for which I received a defective peace later they said they wil change it … They sent a new one that the same issue and they promised about refund and took 1month time t refund my amount
- Now I ordered for one +8 pro Again that is aslo defective peace they changed the one and second one also same issue I tried t reach them multiple times could not able t reach them and after 12 days it’s connected and now they says return policy date completed .
- Selling all defective peaces and worst coustmer care were we could not able t connect and they are coming there stupid policy .. what should I do if there coustmer care not connect …
