I have purchased t shirts from saharanpur and travelled to Chennai, I figured out one of t shirt is more damaged while others has hidden minor damaged . One t shirt I can not wear at all and tried contacting the saharanpur red tape contact number – looks he is area manager then he gave another number from Saharanpur store , I contacted him and he said you should give it to nearby store and told give it in Chennai store itself. I could not find any store in Chennai
Now after two months I am back to saharanpur and tried giving that t shirt to them , they say I never reached out to them about it- unfortunately I changed mobile and whatsapp chats are super put but numbers I called must be having my call history.
There is complete denial and making me stand a Lier .
I have handed over that t shirt to Saharanpur layout staff on 30/03/2025 and sent same details to redtape customer care email I’d also .
There is no response from them .
