Text of Complaint by Tapan Bachar:

The following document has 2 parties, namely:
1. Meesho
2. Tapan’s Tea Co., referred as seller.
This is to notify
That on 10/10/2022, Seller had received an order for one Supreme CTC Tea || 2.5 kg Jar (Tea Jar) having value of Rs. 466 from Rajasthan with order number 178027762381_1.
That on 15/11/2022, Seller raised a complaint against “Wrong Return Received”. Seller had sent TEA and had received HAIR COMB in return.
That on 16/11/2022, platform accepted that it was a wrong return and compensated seller with Rs. 366 as fair value.
That on 22/11/2022, platform falsely charged Seller with Rs. 621 against the same order. While being enquired about the reason of the deduction, platform mentioned that “the courier boy picked up the parcel from the customer, but it was not mentioned as being picked up.”

Seller hereby urges Meesho to explain why seller has to pay a compensation because the courier boy did some mistake on his job. The Seller has not taken any responsibility of the courier boy.

The Seller hereby requests to Meesho to refund back the money deducted along with proper justification as to why the seller has to pay a compensation because the courier boy did some mistake on his job. The Seller has not taken any responsibility of the courier boy.

Not getting a proper answer on the same will oblige Seller to move the matter to the honourable hands of Consumer Court.
