Reason for non compliance of request made by the seller of ” BEAUTY FASHION1″

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: “sofaarchitect (3 years warranty ) chilly 5 seater 3+2

1. On the first few days the seller contacted directly and asked to cancel the Amazon order of 28k and instead order directly for 21k from the seller, bearing the reason Amazon tax extra charges.
2. The seller asked for a direct advance deposit of 10k, 5k and then 3k which for security reasons we declined the offer. Which all happened on what’s app.
3. The seller then transferred a sum of ₹ 18272 /- through Google pay to which Amazon sent an official report via email that the order has been refunded with bearing the Same ID ID : 407 – 7486287 – 0117919 number of the product we ordered. As per the official email of Amazon, Reason as written was customer cancellation which we neither cancelled nor modified.
4. The seller then later asked for the money to be returned privately through Google pay as it was deposited by mistake. His reasons being, similar name to one of the customers and was confused .
5. To confirm the missing money of ₹10000/- which we did not get for the cancellation of order we checked the Amazon affiliate program revenue report where we bought from and found that the product revenue was in total of ₹8323.71/- and the product Is still in transit which aroused further suspicion as the product actual cost is over 28k
6. We insisted the seller to inform the issue to Amazon and told that if Amazon issues a formal letter of mistakenly deposited money we would return the money via Amazon consent as the previous e mail report of deposit of money beared the same ID number of our product. Or if the product we ordered is delivered or the delivery agency confirms the product exists then we would pay the money back the full amount before taking the product.
7. Then later the seller sent a message from Amazon app that it was mistakenly deposited and we would get the product in 24 Hours only if we return the money but the name of the seller has now bears the name “BEAUTY FASHION 1” instead of “SOFA ARCHITECT ” which as aroused further suspicion.
8. The seller also threatened to withhold the product unless money is delivered that too through privately on Google pay. But As per customer guidelines of Amazon , customers are not allowed private transection and any transaction and liability without Amazon notice will be at our own risk.
9. we talked to customer service and regional Amazon delivery agency and both adviced not to pay privately as Amazon will not be able to provide customer service coverage if paid outside of Amazon.
10. When finally asked the seller to cancel and refund the remaining money the seller then said that is no cancellation or return and chargers for shipping will be deducted if refunded. all the while the product has no tracking record.
11. When told the money will be paid to him after the seller confirms from the delivery agency that the product exists the seller declined and still insists payment Frist.
12. The customer service agent mentioned that the seller charged More than 9k for the shipping charges which is a quarter of the amount paid by us.
If we pay the seller privately and if the product was delivered faulty or if no product was delivered at all then as it has already been reported refunded by Amazon officially. we will have means to reclaim our lost money as the transection was made out of Amazon.
We claim that all the above can be provided with proof of conversation and report.
it is not our fault to blame for the cancellation of product and the lack of transparency from the seller has strained the trust and we ask demand full payment of our money.
