Sir, I placed an item order of Nourishing Lip and Cheek Tint (Soft Nude) – GWP, Herb Enriched Matte Liquid Lipstick Kit- Set of 5 with order number #1196261 on 15 July 2023. Still now there is no sign of dispatched , preparing item . I tried to connect customer care telephonically as well as online platform WhatsApp .but no reply from any side. It’s already 48 hours passed for ordering the item but when I check status it’s showing kindly check after 24 hours . Please take a legal action against these fraudesters .
