Hello Madam / Sir,
On 11 April 2022, I did an online purchase from a company named Fashion Ministries (https://www.fashionministries.com/) , they are based in Kha-76, Near Saket New Delhi – 110017
I paid 943.95 Rupees through online payment mode for my purchase. It is 14 days since purchase and payment for my order and I do not have any status from the seller.
They do not have a contact number for communication, the email provided by them on their website (support@fashionministries.com) has bounced back and is not responding.
I’ve exhausted all my options to contact them and it seems I’ve become a victim of online fraud through this company.
I request you to help me recover my money and in case the seller is found to be engaged in fraudulent activities, to take strict action against them according to governing laws.
