I have ordered a Wakefit make mattress on 05 Oct 2023. The estimated date of delivery was 25th Oct. Today is 31 Oct 2023 and seller is not delivery the product. Flipkart is also not giving the option for cancelling the product. I have raised the concern with Flipkart on 25 Oct and get another date of deliver i.e. on 28th Oct. Like wise I get another date on 1 Nov and thereafter 3 Nov for resolving the issue. As last update for product as per flipkart is on 8th Oct when product was shipped. Thereafter no update of product. Therefore I want a cancellation of product from FLipkart & seller and return my money asap.
