On 18th June,2023, I made an online purchase of a bag from private seller on instagram called “caviarbeauty.in”. I sent him an amount of Rs. 3700 online through paytm upi to one Damanjeet (details attached) after which i got not replies or updates regarding the same. On 21st June (Wednesday) when i inquired on Whatsapp, he made an excuse that he needs a day’s time to check status after which he gave no updates. I constantly messaged on various platforms but to no avail. He was coming online multiple times but not opening my message or responding. This is a clear premeditated fraud.
