I purchased “Sellastic Foot Messager Pain Relief,Wireless Electric EMS Message Machine Mat,Rechargeable Portable Folding Automatic with 8 Mode/19 Intensity for Legs,Body,Hand Therapy Mate for Men and Women” my order ID 30768. I received this item on 05.07.2023 . But whenever I try to use this item found it is not working at all.
Please advise me how to return this fault items.
