Iam T.Prudhvi Raj mobile number 8143318074.
On 16-2-23 i have submitted my mobile successfully on sell back in Flipkart.
I have to receive Sell-back thankyou gift card amount rs 5100/- in 24 hours. That is on 17-2-23 i have to receive amount. But 16 days over but till date i have not received the amount yet.
On 26-2-23 one of the Flipkart executive said to me That the amount will be credited to my bank account and asked for bank account details. On 26 -2-23 I have submitted my bank account details. And said amount is processed. But till now I have not received the amount yet.
From 16 days that is from last month 16-2-2023 i am facing trouble regarding this issue. Executives are not resolving my issue. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. And Please credit the amount ASAP.
