My Order number is 403-8972746-7586753. I returned Harissions sleeping bag and refunded amount in same payment mode on 30.07.2020 but my self shipping charge yet to be credited in my account. Amazon initiated cheque an amount of Rs 165/-. I have been continued call/chat to amazon customer service that cheque be cancelled and amount refund in my account consequently amazon customer service made an excesue wait. Why has amazon issuef cheque inspite of amount refund in my account that customer become upset. Today I talked with senior of amazon customer service Aashish then he told me after 15 days amount will be credited in your account. He did not reply to me satisfactory and also he has no manner that how to talk with customer. After lapses of many day no fastest action done by amazon customer service. Slip of shipping charge has been sent to email on 22.07.2020 as suggested amazon customer service. Kindly look into matter.
