I was doing an annual recharge for my sim, but bymistake I selected the wrong operator. I have a sim of Jio, and BSNL both. While doing the recharge for BSNL (Rs 2545) I chose Jio as the operator. The rechage is successfull, and I haven’t even received it in my BSNL balance. Kindly help me reverse the recharge or bring it to my main balance in BSNL. It is not a small amount, and I’m a student.
