I purchased Suzuki Access 125 scooty in finance from OTO capital and I paid 16 installments and 2 EMI’s are pending. They sent rowdys and they stopped me on the road and took a vehicle forcebilly infront of my wife and kids. I asked them how much is pending so I will clear immediatly but they didn’t listen anything. Now it’s been 3 days since they took vehicle and we called everyday to the office and now they are saying we seized and to release I need to pay remaining 20 EMI’s which costs almost 80k .With this incident my family got disturbed. I need to take an action on them.

1. As per recent incidents court clearly stated they shouldn’t take the vehicle on the road
2. Even I said I will clear immediatly also didn’t listened
3. Manager timepassing and asking me to pay full amount
