Reference to the subject captioned, I would like to inform you that I have booked my flight as on 24th February 2020 from Mumbai to Port Blair for the travel date on 9th May 2020.
Due to COVID-19 restriction, all the flights were cancelled and I have received similar communication from SpiceJet.
SpiceJet issue the credit shell and asked if credit shell not used till 31st March 2021, subsequently all credit shell amount will be refunded but till date it was nit refunded.
