I was JIO postpaid customer till Aug’24 and then MNP to VI. JIO owe me Security deposit of Rs. 6741.00 and after multiple mails, chat request and service request, JIO is failed to refund my security deposit.
I have also updated my bank details on their portal as per guidance.
