Dear sir
I have converted My Jio postpaid connection to jio prepaid but they not refund my security which was 250.
When I submitted online claim i send msg Your E-refund of 98.49 has been initiated to your bank account XXXX. You will receive confirmation Message on the status of refund Transfer Within next 2 Days.( Received on 20 May) but till date i have not received any amount.
