JIO executives provide wrong information and then customers that make the customer not eligible to receive their deposit refund. The JIO executive Vikas Kumar (Mob – 9024463569) provided the wrong information which resulted in a loss of 1000 rupees from the security deposit. He confirmed at the time of connection that 1+1 month is completely free and in case of a return, the whole amount is refundable. However, now JIO says the offer was for 1 month only and the free voucher shared by Vikas for 999 cost me 1000. When we raise this case with JIO, they always share the scripted answers and never look into the resolution. So in JIO customers are at mercy of their executives who are free to provide the wrong information to meet their own targets.
