Text of Complaint by Satyam kumar:

I have terminated the service and returned the router three months ago and they said that you will get refund within 60 days but now they are just making excuses daily but not refunding the security deposit ,it’s been 90 days , customer care repeat same statement everytime but don’t resolve the problem,I thought I’m the only one but I found there are many more whom they have not refunded ,plz take action against the company ,it’s economical as well as mental harassment
