The Setup box collected by Jo fiber Engineer on 3rd Feb 2021, but still the refund amount not yet received. I’m fallowing to Jio customer care service to refund the amount but they are not resolving refund issue also not taking any action on. I have dropped around 20 followup email but till not yet refunded amount.
