I have paid 2500/- rupees towards the connection, in that 1500/- is security deposit and 1000/- is installation charges. I have submitted the proper closure request and no pending payment bills, and submitted the devices in full working condition. When I reach customer care they are saying I’m not eligible for refund and asking me invoice. Its been more than an year I lost the bill copy as its carbon printed paper or the email got deleted. Even I raised a request to provide the bill copy but they are not providing and I almost have 20+ emails with the executives. few are saying you are paid and you are not eligible.
In between I converted the connection to prepaid to postpaid. Then I don’t find the security deposit copy in portal. I raised the request and one of the jio representative responded and said once the connection is closed you will get refund with out providing invoice.
I’m pretty sure I paid security deposit. I want my refund.
