Stanza has a lock in period policy for which we need to pay a security amount of 10,000 which is promised to be refunded 14days post your vacation of the stay. I vacated the place on 14th august,2022 and its been 1st September,2022 but the amount is not yet refunded. And even after raising the ticket the team is least bothered to respond. I imm
