on june/26/2024 i have booked for jio fiber connection and the jio team came to my home. Due to the distance they said it cant be installed and said that the money will be deposited back to your account in 7-10 days.its been 40 days and the money has not been credited to my account.when i went to the tracking page it shows the ‘order is in progress’ . i physicallly went to jio office 3 time and even sent mail.there was no reply and they are also not picking the call.
