It’s been more than 20 days I surrendered my Jio Gigafiber connection. I have been calling their customer care every single day but nobody has come to pick the router and without that my deposit wont be refunded. Security Deposit not refunded by Jio Gigafiber was last modified

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH JIO IS THE MOST HORRIBLE EVER. yOUR JIO FIBER SALES PERSON VENKATESH CHENNAI SHOLINGANALLUR WITH HIS MANAGER AND PROMISED 100 DIFFERENT THINGS AND COLLECTED PAYMENT ON 10 DEC. HE STATED THAT INSTALLATION WILL HAPPEN WITHIN 3 DAYS AND I WILL GET NOTIFIED ON EMAIL.
i AM GETTING SCHEDULE TIME EVERY DAY WITHOUT FAIL – BUT THERE IS NO INSTALLATION PERSON WHO COMES. i HAVE WASTED MY HOLIDAY WAITING FOR THE INSTALLATION PERSON’
WHEN I CONTACTED VENKATESH HE SAID JIO HAD MADE SOME MISTAKE IN ASSOCIATION PERMISSION AND THEREFORE CONNECTION CANNOT BE GIVEN. THE REFUND IS ALREADY INITIATED AND I SHOULD HAVE GOT THE REFUND..I DONT SEE A CREDIT IN MY ACCOUNT TILL NOW
i CALLED YOUR COMPLAINT NUMBER AND SOME LADY GIVES ONLY BOXED ANSWERS THAT THE INSTALLATION IS SCHEDULED
