Text of Complaint by Harsha Vardhan:

Excitel has a 60 days refund policy, I’ve provided my ONU device back on 02-aug-2023, i was supposed to receive my refund in the next 60 days from that given date.
It’s 21-oct-2023 now and i haven’t received my refund yet.
It’s been 80 days.
I called the customer care multiple times and all I’ve got was ” we will make it happen ASAP” and “We have escalated your issue to the concerned team”.
And after i started getting angry and asking them I need my refund, they started saying “we will arrange a call back from the payment team/ superior”.
7 days and 4 complaints later I’ve still yet to receive a callback.
Everytime I call the customer care it’s a new agent and they say the same thing that they will arrange a callback from the team or ty supervisor within a day and 3 days later and I still haven’t received a call back, and I called the customer care again just to listen to the same line I’ve listened to the pas 4 calls I’ve made.
