Dear sir,.my jio fiber account number 7313518727 taken aug 2020 we paid 3500 rs security deposit bwe did not get the refund till now jio fiber company saying no security bdeposite can be refund because not showing in account earlier they were saying your account will be refund after device pickup with in 14 days then 30 days then 60 days now they saying no security deposite will be refund we taken the connection on prepaid and in aug 2021 and surrender / close the connection dated June 2022 but so far they did not refund account security deposit and balnce of account they openly cheating with public and making fool to customer and they are lies to customer we would like to file a complaint against jio fiber theif company is onsave the customers
