Previously I’ve an Excitel broadband connection in which they have asked 2000 rupees as security deposit for the Internet connection and they have the policy of giving the deposited money back when the connection is removed. Their policy says that they will refund my amount with in 90 days. It’s already been over 100 days and my refund isn’t credited. I’ve called then numerous times they just say 1 week later or 2 week later. I hope you will help me with this suitation!
