I purchase jio giga fiber and used so many months and later i had shifted to another building and i had requested to shift the connection,but they said shifting not available but due to that I had planned for cancelation.I had handed over all the accessories 2 months ago. Still not receive my refund i am continue complaint to customer care . And no appellate authority respond on above issue.
