The security deposit paid is not being refunded. I’ve paid 12000 out of which around 3000 is “separation charges ” and then 4.4k for “electricity charges ” electricity charges that I’ve paid every month without fail . And the remaining 3.6k, they’ll apparently send via cheque and I am yet to receive that as well
