I have airtel fast tag which was deactivated on 03.04.2021 and while taking fast tag all fast tag provider taking refundable security amount and airtel also taking refundable security amount that was refunded after deactivate of fast tag
but after deactivate of my fast tag till today i have not received my security amount
i wrote 1000 of time to wecare@airtelbank.com some times they said i have not deposit any security amount and some time their executive said that we will refund it shortly
now I received email from airtel that my security amount has been refunded to me and i rply and ask when it was refunded to me they again send same email that my security amount is refunded
dear i know that this security amount is very low but i write to u bcz of many of persons like me also facing the same problem so I request to you please take immediate and correct action against this.
