I had ordered 4 dresses from Secret Pleasure on 20 October 2025, paid ₹ 744 via Phone Pay and received no confirmation or tracking details. The website has no customer support or response. I am attaching the payment proof and screenshots. Please investigate and take action such that I receive either the product or the refund.
