I purchased a product (OPPO ENCO W31 True Wireless Earphone with Dual-Mic) from amazon and i have recd. a 2nd hand product .
Order placed on 14.1.2021 and recd. on 22nd JAN , when i checked the product it was old n dirty and clearly visible that it is a used product, the box itself is old it is a product manufactured in MARCH 2020 .
i am writing reviews to amazon and the same are not being posted by them on their website and neither i am getting any replies from them.
