My self Rana dey last 12.1.22 I booked a ReDmi 7A mate black phone then I received it 24 01.22. But 15.2.22 phone was suddenly shutdown.then I communicate with flip cart ,they are advice to contact service center . after handover the phone to service center ,they tell me this is a second hand phone after checking my imei no ,I am surprised ,what is going on ,again I am contact with customer care no they are again tell me pl contact with service center ,sir flip cart is a very good online shopping center, I Love flip cart but this time I want to Justice?? Your response will be appreciable.
