Morethan 30 customers support spoken but no response properly and not given solution. I would like to say, all are not properly li response for mail & cals also so i would like to go as through Legally and social networks media’s.
I’m shivaraja k, i buy the laptop 31st june 2023 in flipkart and i don’t buying additional warranty after some days like 12 or 11 days i required extended 3 warranty purpose i called to flipkart,
flipkart not given the warranty and i going to retail shops for purchse of additional warranty on the time retail shoper said your the second biller and your warranty started already 22nd march 23,if your the first billar we are given the warranty said like after that i checked warranty yes it’s true 22/03/2023 started.
I buy laptop 31/06/2023 but warranty already started 22/04/2023 how it’s fake of flipkart, it’s second laptop to me.
Fliplart is lies and seconds laptops sales to customers for same Prince to like new and it’s very worst and fake
Warranty also not registered my mobile number and mail id also it’s very sameless to flipkart..
I attached Invoice bill, warranty start and close date bill and jeevies warranty customercare person conversion record and flipkart customercare person conversion record..
Kindly i requested Flipkarter replaced my laptop for new laptop anf bill..
