I found seashells1.com, while browsing tik tok. It was a site that explained you could ear extra money while working from home. So i decided let me check it out. I did abit of research on them, seen they a LBC company which is location based. So i decided to enquire about it. The link takes you straight to a whatsapp contact number, where this person explains to you how to make extra money. I was told to register. They give you a R35 at first for free and take you through a trial to purchase items from Aliexpress. They call it virtual purchasers. Once that was done, i was convinced this was legit. I was asked to load a R200 t activate my account. I did so. At first i was loading small amounts to cash out. Each task has about 5 items to purchase. The more you load the higher the amount becomes. I started struggling to complete the task, as i didnt just have funds available at that time. I was borrowing money at that time, and complained to my manager that this is ridiculous. This amounts are just getting higher. My last recharge was R5000 in which i borrowed. but when i had the 10th task to completed. i was requested to load R18 000. I was angry and said to my manager this is madness. I eventually got the R18 000 and reloaded it. Only to come find out. Im blocked off whatsapp. The site doesnt exist anymore. This is a big Fraud. I would like to open a SAPS case for arrest to take place.
