Text of Complaint by Karunakar Reddy:

I ordered scullcandy earbuds on 5th May 2022 as on site it would be delivered with in next 2 working days but I didn’t get those and money also not returned. My order I’d 4054610. After order I get order I’d and link to track the order. While tracking the it reached my nearest hub after 7 days and no one contacted me on the delivery day and end of the day I called to delivery executive which I get through SMS he answered and informed please confirm PIN which you have get through SMS to change the delivery date because I don’t have baggage at present but I denined and he cancel the request and in the next day courier company Shadowfax contacted me,I informed all this and they said reschedule it this in next 2 days again same after reaching the nearest hub no one contacted me and reschedule again after 2 days I contacted courier customer care and they also asked PIN to reschedule why I have to reschedule it I asked,they said at present no delivery boy butI denied to share the PIN. I said cancel the order they canceled but money not returned I contacted customer care through email they given apalogireply as of company return policy I waited 10 days but money not returned. I contacted again through mail and call no response. So I came to complaint
