I have purchased a real Me 50 inches on 25 june 2020.After three months of installation there was a screen problem.I lodge a complaint.They came and repair again just after 4 months same screen problem (in may).This time they replace me with a new one.But again in august same problem with the new replaced one .when I called to Coustomer care they want some serial no of the new tv.but there is no serial no on the tv and the box has taken away by the delivery guy who came to replace .he told me that he want the box to carry the old tv.Now they don’t want to complaint without sreial no.My problem has not been solved in these 14 months from when I purchased the tv.please any body can help
