Text of Complaint by ARIJIT SAHA:

On 14/0702025 I lodged a complain against my Kodak LED tv after a lots of harrasment from Flipkart for mentioning false toll free number on invoice as well as from their executives.Kodak told me to send all the details through WhatsApp and email.On 16/07/2025 a technician from Jeeves visited in my home to click only photos and close complaint and report to company and asking for replacement,His complain number is KAM21740.But when I called them on 19/07/2025 their executive told me that approval of a replacement of my tv was received on 18/07/2025,it will be shipped within 7 to 10 days,But when I called them on 22/07/2025 another executive told me that no confirmation was received from the technician and without that nothing will be proceed and asked me to wait for another 48 to 72 hrs,Look 6 working days are already passed,Is it a joke?I want a solution from Flipkart or kodak.And now I am going to start a campaign not to buy kodak, thompson tv’s online through Flipkart specially because they have no control over after sales service.
