This is the second time I am facing the green line issue , last time it happened due to the same one plus update and they charged me 7000 rupees and the phone i bought for 42000 , and now again due to there update I am again getting the green line issue , almost my 50000 was lost buying this phone and they say they don’t have any screen left in service centre, due to the recklessness of one plus and there updates the one plus users are facing the issue and for this 50000 I invested they tell me that i can get a 14000 voucher only if the charger bill box are provided, and even the one plus charger stopped working too , where can I submit it from
