Laptop screen has developed innumerable scratch marks due to the keyboard. Its a design issue which fail to provide the required gap between the keyboard and the screen.
I have bought the Dell G15 Ryzen Edition (Service Tag: JPGFNJ3) laptop on 27.11.2021 and have also extended the warranty till November 2024. When I contacted the customer care they said its wear and tear. Within 1 year if wear and tear causes this type of damage then the design needs to be modified. If transportation is causing such issue then Dell should stop making laptops and concentrate only on desktops.
I want my laptop screen to be replaced by the company ASAP as its caused by design flaw of DELL.
