I have purchased ola scooter and I was using since one and half year. Suddenly my scooter didn’t charged and i have been raised a request 13 days back. So since 13 days no one had called me, after i had called to customer service and complaint multiple times also no one responded. Almost 13 days still my request is open and no one called . i am dependent on this vehicle for everyday needs as I don’t have any other alternate vehicle.Could you please help on the below request.
