My S1 pro electrical Bike not working last 3 week. I complaint again again no one reply,

I bought the Ola Scooter 5 months ago. It suddenly stopped working. It stopped in the middle of the road, and the scooter did not start showing an an error. I managed to bring the scooter home. I tried to file a complaint in the help section,but failed. then i bought an insurance cover of 3599 ola after which they said that within two days,their technician will come and inspect the scooter but that they would call but did not send a technician to solve the scooter problem. Its Main motto is to sell scooters.Not worrying about the customers who have already bought their scooters.Please help me solve these problems.
I am seeking the following remedies:
Immediate repair or replacement of my Ola electric scooter.
Compensation for the inconvenience, mental agony, and financial losses incurred due to the non-functionality of the scooter.
An investigation into the negligent behavior of Ola Electric and appropriate action against them
