Hi sir
Standard Chartered banks are charging more interest on my loan account. They have said that interest is 10.3 5% during telephonic conversation. However they are charging 16.2 percent per annum. could you kindly take this request and ask them to close the loan account. I am ready to pay the remaining outstanding, however I am not paying any pre closure charges.
